Rocío means Dew in Spanish. The morning dew that sees the freshly picked grapes enter the winery from their poor, stony, hostile soils, which ensure the concentration and character of these wines.

  • Aged in French oak barrels for 2 months.
  • Attractive pink colour with bright purple hues.
  • A bouquet of roses and white flowers, along with strawberry, raspberry and lychee fruit notes. Hints of eucalyptus and rosemary adding to its remarkable complexity.
  • A velvety mouthfeel bursting with fruit flavours, results in a lively, pleasant and persistent aftertaste. The oak is perfectly integrated, and the careful winemaking process on its fine lees provides body, elegance and great balance.
