Tempranillo 85%, Merlot 5% y Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.

Ageing

Aged in 225 L oak barrels for 18 months, 80 % French and 20 % American oak, further ageing in bottles for 24 months.

Colour

Deep, dark cherry red.

Nose

Attractive aromas of ripe fruit especially cherries. Hints of spices such as cinnamon and vanilla, caramel, rum and chocolate from its barrel ageing.

Palate

Balanced, persistent, ample palate with a gentle attack. The soft tannins confer a soft and round texture.

Food Pairing

Stews, legume, game, roasts, paté, cold meat and cured cheeses.
